The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition holds two major meeting events annually. A Members Only Annual meeting held in Atlanta in the
Spring, and a much larger Affordable Housing Conference that is open to members and non-members. which occurs every Fall.
Members Only Annual Meeting
The meeting held in Atlanta in the Spring, provides a day long forum of updates, panels and networking for members of the Coalition.
This year the Annual Spring Meeting will be held Tuesday March 25th at the Carter Center in Atlanta, and will include a strategic
planning session, where the membership is invited to participate in outlining the future course of the Coalition. There is no charge
for this meeting.

Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition 12th Annual Conference and Trade Show
This year the 12th Annual Conference and Trade Show will be held September 30th - October 2nd at the Westin Savannah Hotel and Golf
Resort, in Savannah GA. The conference is open to members and non-members alike, with members receiving a registration discount.
The agenda, which spans topics from tax credit issues to development trends to political updates is under development and speakers are
being identified; check back later for additional information.
The Trade Show will take place on Oct 2nd from 5:00pm - 7:00pm concurrent with the cocktail reception. All vendors and third party
contractors who do business with, or would like to do business with, developers, owners, investors and operators of affordable housing
are encouraged to exhibit at the Trade Show.
The Fall Conference is invaluable for anyone interested in Georgia's affordable housing industry. It has drawn over 400 attendees
including developers and owners of affordable housing, managers of affordable housing properties, lenders, syndicators, state and
local housing agency staff, real estate attorneys and accountants.
