The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition holds two major meeting events annually. A Members Only Annual meeting held in Atlanta in the Spring, and a much larger Affordable Housing Conference that is open to members and non-members. which occurs every Fall.

Members Only Annual Meeting

The meeting held in Atlanta in the Spring, provides a day long forum of updates, panels and networking for members of the Coalition. This year the Annual Spring Meeting will be held Wednesday April 18th at the 755 Club at Turner Field in Atlanta. The meeting is free of charge and open to all members of the Coalition.

Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Annual Conference and Trade Show

The Fall Conference is invaluable for anyone interested in Georgia's affordable housing industry. It has drawn over 400 attendees including developers and owners of affordable housing, managers of affordable housing properties, lenders, syndicators, state and local housing agency staff, real estate attorneys and accountants.
