The 12th Annual Conference and Trade Show of the Ga Affordable Housing Coalition will take place
September 30 - October 2 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa in Savannah, GA and will include
panel discussions designed for development, construction and management / compliance professionals.
Events include golf, a walking tour of historic Savannah, a cocktail party and Trade Show. Registration
for the conference and hotel begins in mid-June. Be sure to advise the hotel that you will be part of the
affordable housing conference in order to receive the Coalition's room discount.

The Golf Tournament will begin at 1:00pm on Tuesday September 30. Foursomes will be designed
by our own in-house gold pro. Be sure to indicate your handicap on registration. There is
a limit of 72 players this year so be sure to register for golf early. Fee for play is $150.
Club rentals are $50.

The Women’s Affordable Housing Network is sponsoring a guided walking tour of historic Savannah. The tour will
include a visit to the Mercer House, the setting for the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.
The tour will end with drinks and refreshments at one of Savannah’s fine establishments. Fee for the tour
is $60, and includes tour of the Mercer House and drinks/food.
The Women’s Affordable Housing Network is an informal group of women working in the industry, who meet on
a quarterly basis for lunch and discussion. The Network provides a valuable opportunity to link up with

Exhibitors will be provided a booth/table and the opportunity to network with literally hundreds of company decision makers in the industry.
Regular booths cost $500, and Premium booths cost $750. Reserve your booth prior to July 4 and receive a $50 discount. Electricity is available for $50.
